The reception staff was attentive. matthew helped with luggage and offered a welcome drink. This was acceptable.

the breakfast was substandard. the juice and coffee tasted horrible. there was no option to cancel it for a cheaper room.

The location is convenient being near the city center.

The breakfast was not great quality and the breakfast room seemed poorly managed. Items like cutlery, bowls, and coffee ran out quickly and staff were slow to refill them. I also noticed the orange juice and coffee tasted quite poor.
